CHILDREN'S AND TEEN YOGA
About Childrens Yoga
Our children's yoga classes bring the teachings and practice of yoga to children allowing them to connect their minds and bodies.
Through the use of stories, games, music, dance, relaxation and meditation, the children are provided with a safe non-competitive environment that allows the children to freely express themselves and learn the yoga postures in a fun and creative way.
Yoga not only works on a physical level but also nurtures emotional development providing the children with skills that assist them when challenges come their way.
Parents and teachers notice that children who practice yoga are more calm and that there is an improvement in concentration. Yoga helps them to develop skills that allow them to reach their potential at school, with family and friends and on a personal level.

Lead me from the
"unreal" to the "real",
From darkness

From death to immortality.
May all beings
be happy,
May all beings attain oneness,
May all beings attain fulfillment,
May all beings
be peaceful,
May all beings
be free.
