Hatha Yoga consists of Asana, (physical
Postures), Pranayama (breathing practices) and Dyana (meditation). Yogasanas
develop a strong healthy body while promoting steadiness and flexibility.
They purify the body and open the energy channels and psychic centres.
Through developing control of the body through the practice of yogasana
the mind is also controlled.
In the following pages you can view students at the Hampton Yoga Centre
performing Hatha Yoga Asanas.
