General Information
- If you are attending the school for the first time please arrive 10 minutes prior to class to register.
- Equipment is available at the school for students to use, however it is advised that students purchase a beginner Pack for their personal use.
- Allow 3-4 hours after a heavy meal before Yoga practice (some students may need to have some intake of food after a long day at work. If it is necessary for you to eat some food, try to keep the meal light
- Wear loose comfortable clothing e.g. Leotard, tights, track pants, shorts t-shirt.
- All classes are taken barefoot.
- Mobile phones must be switched off prior to entering class.
- Tell your teacher if you have any physical restrictions or special conditions before starting class.
School Policy
- Classes are subject to enrolments and may not proceed if insufficient interest is registered.
- Students may commence class at any time throughout the year.
- Deposits and course fees are non-refundable upon the commencement of the course or classes.
- Balance of course fees is due at the commencement of the course.
- If students miss a class, the class may be made up at any other class during the specified period (i.e. 10 week period) however missed classes may not be carried beyond the specified expiry date or into the next term.
- Students who cannot complete the course due to illness etc. must notify the school in writing within 30 days of the last attendance date if there is a need to defer classes.
